New sitemap entries live under priority 0.5, aggregate country×sector pairs are listed too (431 URLs).

Introduced a BillingProvider protocol so payment processors are pluggable. Stripe wrapped as StripeBillingProvider, Paddle skeleton in place. Legal + pricing pages now render the active processor by name at request time — swapping providers is one env-var flip.

The /portals index and every /portals/<slug> page now 301-redirect to /countries. Aggregated portal counts still visible on country pages; individual source names are only visible after sign-in. Public sample tables strip outbound notice_url links and the Source column.
