We answer every email within one business day (typically same day, Sunday–Thursday, Dubai time). Serious technical evaluation questions get a serious answer — a founder replies personally.

Response window

Business days are Sunday through Thursday in Dubai (GMT+4). Emails received on Friday, Saturday, or UAE public holidays are answered on the next working day. Urgent production issues (service outage affecting a paid tenant) are picked up outside business hours — mark the subject line with URGENT.
