Do prices include VAT?
Prices are shown net (exclusive of any local tax). Our payment processor calculates and adds the correct rate at checkout based on your billing country. B2B customers with a valid tax ID (EU VAT, UK VAT, GST, etc.) get the applicable reverse-charge or zero-rated treatment automatically.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — self-service in the Customer Portal. Upgrades are prorated to the current billing period; downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
What happens if I cancel?
Access continues until the end of your current billing period. Your data stays intact — resubscribing anytime brings everything back exactly as it was.
Can I add more users mid-cycle?
Users are counted per tenant, not billed per seat. Adding a user within your plan limit is instant and free. If you need more than the plan allows, upgrade to the next tier — no per-seat surcharges.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and SEPA Direct Debit for EU customers. Enterprise contracts can be paid by bank transfer against invoice.
