Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TenderYeti (the "Service"), operated by Zakomo FZCO, a free-zone company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
TenderYeti monitors public government procurement portals worldwide, analyzes tender notices against keywords you supply, and delivers matching results to you via a web dashboard and email digests. The Service does not solicit, submit, or bid on tenders on your behalf; you remain solely responsible for evaluating opportunities and interacting with procurement authorities.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
- Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Enterprise) are billed annually in advance in United States Dollars (USD). Our Merchant of Record for the transaction is Paddle.com Market Ltd.; you contract with them for payment collection and they contract with Zakomo FZCO for the underlying subscription.
- The full plan price is charged at the time of subscription — there is no free trial. You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first charge (see our Refund Policy); after that, refunds are at our discretion.
- Subscriptions renew automatically once per year until cancelled through the customer portal linked in your account or by contacting support.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current annual billing period; the Service remains available until then.
- UAE Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate applies to customers whose place of supply is the UAE. All other customers are billed net of VAT.
- We may change pricing on 60 days' written notice; existing paid subscriptions honor their current price until the next annual renewal after the notice period.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Resell, redistribute, or make the raw tender data accessible to third parties who have not licensed the Service.
- Attempt to scrape, mirror, or bulk-export the Service beyond documented API rate limits.
- Use the Service to send unsolicited communications to procurement authorities or third parties.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service.
- Use the Service in a way that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction or the jurisdictions of the procurement portals we monitor.
5. Data Sources and Accuracy
Tender notices are sourced from public government portals. We do not warrant that every notice is timely, complete, or free of errors as published by the originating portal. You should verify critical details (deadlines, contact information, contract value) directly with the issuing authority before relying on them for bid decisions.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service — including its software, AI models, source code, design, and aggregated analytics — is the property of Zakomo FZCO. You retain ownership of the keywords, saved searches, and notes you input into your account. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for the duration of your paid subscription.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost bid opportunities.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular business purpose.
9. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with reasonable notice where practical. On termination, your data is retained for 30 days for possible reactivation, then permanently deleted.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
