Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with TenderYeti. This policy explains when refunds apply and how to request one.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Every new subscription is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. If TenderYeti is not the right fit for you, request a refund within 14 days of your first charge and we will return the full amount, no questions asked. This applies once per customer, on the initial subscription; renewals are governed by the standard refund rules below.
Annual Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed once per year, in advance. Because the Service is delivered continuously (daily tender monitoring, AI scoring, email digests), we do not offer partial refunds for the current annual billing period once the 14-day money-back window has passed. If you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid year.
- You are not charged for the following year.
- Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation for possible reactivation.
When We Do Refund (any time)
We will refund a prorated portion of an annual charge, or the full charge where fair, if:
- Duplicate charge — you were billed twice due to a payment-system error.
- Significant outage — the Service was unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours during a billing year due to a fault on our side (excluding scheduled maintenance announced in advance).
- Billing error — you were charged an amount higher than the price listed on the Pricing page at the time of renewal.
How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] within 30 days of the charge with:
- Your account email address.
- The invoice number or charge date.
- A brief description of the reason.
We review requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via our payment processor within 5–10 business days.
Managing Your Subscription
You can cancel or downgrade your subscription at any time through the customer portal linked in your account settings. Cancellation is immediate; billing stops at the next renewal.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. We can almost always resolve billing issues faster and without the fees a chargeback adds for both sides.
